Speakers were fantastic, the information given was so practical, Dr Mc Cormack was superb; the ideas for Activities were excellent. I loved the holistic approach, i.e. mindfulness, Dr Mc Cormack spoke about – loving kindness – “Put yourself into their reality” a quote that I will never forget” – Registered Nurse
