Dates: 23rd, 30th September and 7th October 2018
This introductory course will run over 3 consecutive Sundays. There will be lots of breaks and variety during the day. The emphasis will be on gaining experience in various Meditation and mindfulness practices .Participants will gain the confidence to practice Meditation on their own and live a more mindful life. Some theory will be presented in order to deepen your understanding of mindfulness practice. The course is for beginners but may also be of interest to people with some experience in Meditation.
