Dr. Mike O’ Connor is a Consultant Geriatrician working at the Cork University Hospital and St Finbarr’s Hospital and in September 2021, Dr O’ Connor took up the post of National Clinical Advisor and group Lead for Acute Operations.
Professor Amanda Phelan is an Associate Professor in the UCD School of Nursing, Midwifery & Health Systems. Amanda serves on the NMBI Fitness to Practice, the Board of Directors of Third Age, AIGNA Management Committee, Sage Advocacy and Support for Older People (Policy and Procedures Committee) and the National Safeguarding Committee.
Ms. Niamh Condon is a chef that specialises in food for those with swallowing disorders and difficulty at mealtimes. With over 20 years’ experience in the catering sector and 8 years with dysphagia cooking, she has become known as one of the most inventive chefs in her field.
Ms. Mary Martin has over twenty years’ experience in the development and delivery of patient centred professional education programmes with a focus on making the science of wound management easy to understand and relevant to clinical practice.
Dr. Nicola Cornally is Senior Lecturer at the Catherine McAuley School of Nursing and Midwifery, University College Cork. Nicola has led on 5 nationally funded projects around dementia palliative care, healthcare design for dignified end-of-life care and contemporary end of life issues.
Mr. Thomas Coleman is the CEO of Zendra Health, a medical technology company that enables healthcare professionals to innovate from within by providing a ready-to-assemble digital health platform to digitalise their care pathways.
Ms. Fiona Ryan is an experienced physiotherapist. In conjunction with running her Cork Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic she has worked in St. Luke’s Home for 15 years
