Training Delivery & Evaluation (6N3326)

Dates: 24th Jan, 7th, 21st Feb, 7th, 21st March 2019 (5 Day Course)

To equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to deliver, assess and evaluate training and development interventions. For those completing this module they will receive a QQI Level 6 Certificate in Training Delivery & Evaluation (6N3326). For those already holding (6N3325) Training Needs Identification & Design they will be entitled to receive in addition the Special Award Training and Development 6S3372. More Details

The aim of the programme is to equip the learner with the relevant knowledge, skills and competence to work as an effective leader and member of a team, independently and/or in a supervisory capacity. The programme looks at the principle theories and styles of leadership plus the role and key functions of a team leader including motivation, communication, planning, goal setting and delegation. More Details
