MScN, BSc HS, DipN (London), RN (Specilist Practitioner UK) Care of Older Adult, with particiular interest in the phenomenon of Dementia. Rodge worked within NHS Roles in Mental Health – Older Adult Care settings and Emergency Care combined with time spent in Senior Lecturer role in several UK Universities. Additionally from 2005 – 2010 HSE South based at Kerry General Hospital. Prime areas of teaching and learning in pre and post registration-graduate programmes and staff development roles. Experience in Emergency Trauma Care teaching and training through joint affiliation with National Ambulance Services (NAS) Roles in Ireland and Instructor with (former) North West Ambulance Services (NWAS) now FBOS UK LTD. Registered with Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (Phecc) along with NMC / NMBI. Rodge joined the training team at St Lukes Education Centre in August 2011 to provide QQI level 5. Additionally specialised nurse education and training both in-house and off site locations.
