Advance Care Directive

Aim:
This course will provide the principles of Advance Care Directives. It will discuss current best practice and legislation in relation to Advance Care Directives. It will also provide basic knowledge and skills to enable participants look at developing Advance Care Directives and Care Planning with residents in residential care settings.
